FREEDIVING IN IRELAND

I did an intermediate course with Charlie and Dave in Keem Bay in August, and it was absolutely one of the highlights of my summer, if not year! There was a great mix of in depth theory, practices on land and then in water training as well.

Everything was really well organised before and during the course, and I really gained a lot from the training sessions. Charlie and Dave are both lovely people and their love for free diving is really infectious, they are extremely knowledgeable and attentive instructors and teach in a safe, supportive and relaxed way. I left feeling super inspired to carry on learning and enjoying being underwater.

It was also an absolute joy to explore some of Irelands underwater natural beauty, we saw all sorts of different species of jellyfish, fish including flatfish and sand eels, crabs, starfish and swam through some beautiful kelp.

In summary, I couldn't recommend Emerald Freediving enough!
