Curious about breath-hold? Wanting to improve your snorkelling or water confidence? Open to freediving but not sure it's for you? Join us on our intro course - no experience necessary! We'll get into the fundamentals of freediving including relaxation, breath-hold, equalization, safety and other theory. Includes AIDA 1 certification! * Course runs all day [morning to late afternoon), for two days. ** *** * No previous freediving experience required! Personal equipment not included - but we are happy to help you with purchase/rental ideas and discounts ** + one-time member fee [€15] + Daily entrance fee [€20] *** Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancel booking 4 weeks before start date or more. 50% refund if cancel between 2 - 4 weeks exactly before the start date. No refund if cancel within 2 weeks of start date. In exceptional circumstance, late cancellations may be offered a last-minute place on an unfilled later course.
