Not ready to fully dive into learning Freediving? Open to freediving but not sure it's for you? Interested but don't have the time to take a full 2-day Intro Course yet? This 1-Day Freediving Taster is for you! Join us on our epic Freediving Taster Day - no previous freediving experience necessary! We'll get into the initial basics of breath-hold, with a chance to practice both outside the water, and then in the water! You'll have the chance to put on the gear, get in the water and try your hand at freediving under the waves. Everything at this level will be kept shallow, and always we work in a completely safe, knowledgeable, and fun environment! We only have standard sizing suits and fins and will do our best to get as good a fit for you as possible with our gear. You may find a tailor made wetsuit is a good option for you, if you don't usually fit 'off-the-shelf' sizes. ** Applicable course location dive site fees (i.e. national or private parks) are not included in the standard course costs.
